Cantine Ca' Baradei Sparkling Marzemino

An ancient grape variety from which over centuries, many offshoots have been produced. Among which, the venetian is world renowned, records of its cultivation date back to around 1550. The variety prefers poor gravel-filled soils, such as those provided by the Piave river. The vines prefer to be fully exposed to the sun yet sheltered from the wind; areas with a mild climate enhance the smoothness of the wine.

Sensory Notes

This sparkling wine is ruby ​​red in color. It has hints of berry and floral notes of violets; sweet, smooth and harmonious.

This wine is amiable enough to accompany red fruit tarts, pastries and dried fruits and nuts, such as chestnuts, walnuts, peanuts.
