Cantine Ca' Baradei Pinot Grigio DOC Venezie

This vine produces a very unique pinkish grape derived from genetic mutation of Pinot Noir. It has been grown in Italy since the end of the 800. A rather complex variety, it requires special care in both the time of processing and in terms of its production. Thanks to white winemaking, this wine acquires a pale yellow color shedding its auburn tones that it would acquire if it stayed in its skin a little longer.
