Sensory Notes

The most distinctive characteristic of this grape is the acidity, which should be preserved so as not to compromise the balance of the wine; by bringing the grape to a slow ripening in cool climate zones, this helps preserve the aromas. The color is deep ruby ​​red. The nose has floral notes of violet and rose, and scent of red fruit. One the palate is an array of red fruit including cherry, raspberry and blackberry.
